Tattooing is a permanent form of body art applied directly onto the skin. Please read the following information carefully before proceeding.
1. Healing & Color Fading
Tattooing may result in color fading during the healing process. This is a natural skin response and can vary by individual.
✅ If noticeable fading occurs after healing, we’re happy to offer one free touch-up.
⏳ Note: The healing process usually takes about 3–5 weeks depending on your skin type and aftercare.
2. Infection & Reactions
Tattooing involves the insertion of ink into the skin, which may affect certain skin types and, in rare cases, cause infection or allergic reactions.
⚠️ If you notice any unusual symptoms, please contact us and seek medical advice immediately.
Please note: Our studio takes no responsibility for any infections or allergic reactions post-tattoo. All of our artists follow strict hygiene and safety protocols in compliance with Australian health regulations.
3. Design Expectations
Please understand that the final tattoo may differ slightly from the reference image due to skin texture, tone, and anatomical features.
✨ We're happy to make minor adjustments after healing if necessary, but no refunds will be given once the procedure is completed.
4. Lettering & Language
We do not take responsibility for the meaning, spelling, or grammar of any lettering or foreign words. The final design will be shown and approved by you prior to tattooing.
5. Important Health Declarations
You must inform us if:
You have any medical condition or are taking medication that could interfere with healing or cause excessive bleeding.
You are currently pregnant.
You have any skin conditions, allergies, or immune-related concerns.
6. ID Requirement
In accordance with the law, a valid photo ID (such as a driver's license or passport) must be presented before the procedure.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood all the information above, and I consent to proceed with the tattoo procedure.
