COMMISSION TERM
Commission Rates: First Visit: 25% commission Repeat Visit: 20% commission Daily Commission Limit: $350 Weekly Commission Limit: The total commission for a week will not exceed $1,500. Settlements are made on a weekly basis, and any amount exceeding this limit will be fully credited to the artist (100%).
SUPPLIES
We provide all necessary hygiene supplies for station covers, all consumables required for the job, black ink, grey wash, and color ink. We also provide personal lockers.
MANAGEMENT
We increase customer return rates with an appointment confirmation texts, reminder texts, aftercare instructions, aftercare kits, discount coupons, and design newsletters.
EXTERNAL ACTIVITIES
We support participation in the top 2 tattoo conventions in Australia and facilitate guest collaborations with renowned tattoo shops overseas.
HOUR
Open 365 days. Preparation starts at 10:30 AM, open at 11:00 AM, and close at 8:00 PM.
MONITORING
All areas are monitored 24/7.
LOCKER
Personal lockers are provided for storing your belongings. If you are absent for more than two weeks, you must empty your locker.
PROHIBITED
Smoking, vaping, drug use, alcohol consumption and entry of acquaintances are prohibited.
MUSIC
Loud music is not provided.
EVENT
Artists are encouraged to actively participate in Tattoo Flash Day, Collaborative Art Projects, Tattoo Competitions, and Client Appreciation Days.
ONE-DAY FREE
Resident applicants can experience the studio for free for one day before deciding to sign a contract.
